“First Heartbeat” is a support group for mothers who have experienced infant death, it’s important to establish rules, boundaries, and guidelines to foster a safe and supportive environment. We WILL respect confidentiality, practice active listening without judgment, allow each member to share at their own pace, refraining from giving unsolicited advice, be mindful of triggering topics, and encourage professional help when needed. Here at “First Heartbeat” we are offering a safe space to experience and express whatever your feelings in that moment , with the support of others that will reassure you that you’re not alone.
